All orders ship from Saipan, Northern Mariana Islands (U.S. territory) in the Western Pacific. Saipan follows U.S. shipping and local regulations, and all shipments are handled via USPS.

Holiday Notice: Shipping and processing times may be longer during peak holiday periods. Please order early if you need items by a specific date.

Local Delivery – Saipan Only

  • Local delivery is available only within Saipan.
  • Delivery fees are shown at checkout and may change without notice.
  • Deliveries are scheduled by appointment at a safe, public location.
  • Please ensure your contact information is accurate.

Military Addresses (APO/FPO/DPO)

  • USPS shipping only.
  • Addresses must be entered in proper military format.

U.S. Mainland & Puerto Rico

  • Shipping from Saipan may take longer and incur higher costs.
  • Additional customs duties or tariffs may apply due to shipments originating from a U.S. territory.
  • Any applicable fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are typically collected by USPS or U.S. Customs.

International Shipping & Customs

  • Shipping rates include USPS International handling.
  • Customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply and are determined by the destination country’s customs authority.
  • Fees are typically collected upon delivery or prior to release of the package.
  • We cannot predict customs charges, as they vary by country and are subject to change.
  • Refusal to pay customs fees may result in the package being returned or destroyed. We are not responsible for packages refused due to customs charges.

South Korea Requirement:
Orders shipping to South Korea require a Personal Customs Clearance Code (PCCC) or passport number at checkout. Orders without proper customs information may be delayed, returned, or destroyed by customs authorities.

Tracking & Claims

Once your order ships, it is in the hands of USPS. We are not responsible for delays, damages, or lost packages.

  • Orders paid via PayPal Goods & Services may also be eligible for PayPal Buyer Protection, subject to PayPal’s policies.
